Hey, I’m Katelyn…
I help Pilates and yoga businesses improve their profit and achieve financial security without feeling fearful, anxious, or overwhelmed about money.
Growing up, I lived in the gym. I was a nationally ranked rhythmic gymnast back when I was so young I barely remember it. Eventually I got a little older and went to high school and entered the dance world.
I have always felt a calling deep within me to dance, it was a part of me that I just couldn’t let go.
In college, I was on the dance team for 2 years then went off and got my first internship at Wellington Management Company, welcome to the 9-5 life and seemingly no time for my true self.
I learned more and more about finance, go-to-market strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and spent less time with the real me… the dancer.
Then I went to my first Bikram Yoga class in Boston and I was hooked! I could revitalize my lost dancer self and feel something again!
Next thing I know, I was traveling to Shanghai - China, Texas, Connecticut, Kansas City, and ultimately back to California where I worked at a big Tech company (you may know the name! :)).
Each time I moved I needed to ground myself and find a community fast. Walking into an owner-run studio was my lifeline. Being able to instantly connect to a community around me meant so much to me and helped me after long days in the office trying to keep up with those around me.
As time went on, I noticed something… those owner-run studios that I came to depend on, became harder to find.
I started asking questions, and looking into the businesses with the owners. I learned the core of what resulted in a thriving studio versus what ended with the business having to shut it’s doors.
My passion for helping Pilates and yoga businesses grew.
Just like how you want to share your passion with the world, I’m passionate about you being rewarded for it.
Unfortunately I meet so many yoga and Pilates studio owners who are unsettled, feeling like they aren’t pulling their weight financially for their family, stressed about paying rent this month while they are helping so many people alleviate stress in their classes.
No yoga or Pilates studio should be paying out of their own pocket to heal their community, and yet it happens more often than you think.
In 2020 I started my business to help yoga and Pilates studio owners one-on-one with weekly one-on-one calls. In these work together to make impactful changes to your studio to improve your take-home profit.
