I help Pilates and yoga businesses improve their profit and achieve financial security without feeling fearful, anxious, or overwhelmed about money.
I started my own business in 2020 and have been helping studio owners across the U.S.A. and Canada since then.
Before helping business owners, I was creating and implementing financial forecasts for a portfolio of $6-9 Billion at a large tech company.
When I was traveling for work yoga communities were especially important to me, they provided me with a group of people to partner with in living a healthy lifestyle.
Unfortunately, I started seeing the number of women-owned studios declining!
I started reaching out to yoga and Pilates studios and learning about the woman behind the business. I learned how much each person takes on and the crippling effects of feeling burnt out. Because women tend to take on every role in their studio, some even lost their love of their practice altogether!
I’ve seen it all: fear of increased competition, rent increases, partner drama, and stress from not attracting new clients.
